I am also filling one out! I added OTHER to the bottom of the questionaire, to add some things that might be helpful.
I also notice changes years before I was diagnosied, especially being tired more and having less energy to do things I use to enjoy.
I was just going to post it back on here,or what else should I do with it when I'm finished. I don't care if anyone reads it.
I was also thinking we should write some letters to our local universitys to see if they want to help us. Maybe by research or even just letting us know what kind of info we need for a questionaire to make it easier.
