Hi everyone. Some of you know that Nikki died from FHC on September 18, 2008. I am her mom and I was contacted by a reporter from the Washington Post Magazine who was interested in including Nikki in an article that was being written about people who died in 2008. The reporter stressed to me that the article would be about an event in Nikki's life, not the disease. I didn't care, I felt honored that they would write about Nikki and felt that we could still get the word out about FHC.
