Thank you so much for responding. I don't have too many details. He was diagnosed with FHC after months of testing, scans, etc. He is meeting with a surgeon on Wednesday/getting tests results and we will have more answers then. He has horrible insurance and was given quite the run around. I guess I jumped the gun in asking for advice without having much information. It's strange how once someone you know is diagnosed with an illness suddenly you want to find a cure and fight the illness and donate to fundraisers and run fundraisers, etc... I feel frantic to do something. Thank you for the advice. It's amazing how we can't come up with ideas that are so obvious in the time of crisis because of how frantic our minds get. I did find a good site for anyone who is interested. i'mtooyoungforthis.org. To connect young people with cancer in order to avoid isolation.
