My 22 year old cousin was just diagnosed with FHC. I know he is in for the fight of his life and it's breaking my heart. I want to help him as much as I can, but I am unsure of how. Any resources, support groups, nutrition advice, that anyone can think of would be very helpful. I know everyone feels lost regarding what to do and how to be supportive. I want to be able to have some information...something tangible. I don't know what else I can give, other than just being there.
