Hi Sandy,
I was just thinking about the sickness and constipation, my daughter was given an anti sickness called domperidone, this works by turning the food over at a faster rate to stop you feeling sick and also help with the other.
You can only try different anti sickness they all work in different ways, but it also could be due to not eating well, also try peppermint tea this could help.
They never want to give you a prognosis, i really don't think that they know enough about FHC.
My daughter had 3 lots of surgery on the liver and various nodes removed, but it kept on spreading and they would no longer give her surgery. She was put on nexavar and that made her really ill and the tumours kept on growing.
She was actually due to start a dendritic cell vaccine in early May but died the same week.
If you do want any info on the dendritic cell vaccine let me know, if we could go back in time i think that we would have gone for this treatment earlier instead of Jess suffering and getting weaker whilst on the nexavar.
Chemo she also had, this did nothing in fact the tumours grew.
