First let me say, I lost my son Marc, who was also diagnosed at age 22 with a 13.5 cm tumor and positive lympy nodes. He lived 7 1/2 years with surgery only. I am so glad you have found this website. I am here as a mother to help you get through this, but the young people suffering with FHC on this forum are here to help all of you. Keep asking questions and explain all her symptoms each time you see the doctor. As a mother, we too have to fight with all our might to keep our child alive when they are sometimes too sick to fight themselves. Keep records and lab reports handy and always attend her appointments. I did everything I could to help Marc and he lived a long time. He was so beautiful and I am lost without him, but I am here to help others as he wanted me to. You can read about him at www.invinciblestudios.com "about us" page.
