Sylvia: This web site is for patients of Fibrolammelar Hepatocelular Carcinoma. Even though it is a liver cancer, it attacks young adults and is a completely different kind of disease than primary liver cancer. FHC patients have normal AFP levels and the disease progresses quite differently. For that reason, I don't think we can give you reliable info. acor.org has a list serv for primary liver cancer patients which is wonderful. The people on that web site would be able to help you.
