Reoccurance

I was diagnosed with a reoccurance just before xmas last year.
I had my original surgery in September 2008,so I managed just over 2 years before it came back.I had the op on Monday 17th Jan,they removed a egg shaped lymph node from near the aorta.It was hiding behind the pancreas so the surgeon said it was very tricky to get to.The op took about 6 hours but he had a good look around and said he couldnt see it anywhere else.He removed 4 more nodes and he believes these are all normal.
All in all i believe i had a good outcome and im very happy that its over.I have to have a scan in 3 months and then every 6 months to check for reoccurance.They have said they will keep better eye on me now that i have had a reoccurance.
I came home this afternoon so am still very sore but hopefully i should be back to normal in a few weeks.
