My daughter passed away Sept. 13, 2008 of FHC after battling it for 15 months. I have often wondered why there has been no background information collected on these kids. Our daughters and sons that we have lost to this disease have only a short part of their lives to research causes of it. We all will have questions the rest of our lives as to what may or may not have caused this rare cancer. At least a questionnaire could help determine possible causes or eliminate possible causes. I often wondered if my daughter was exposed to anything in Mexico just months before she became ill. Georgene, you mentioned projectile vomiting-my daughter experienced that as an infant. I also think a questionnaire would be helpful for research.
