Hello Jodi,
I've been reading your posts and wanted to give you my support and love. I am the mother of Marc Brueland. Marc was diagnosed with FHC in April 1996 at age 22 and lived until his 30th birthday. Like you and all of the young people on this website, he was heroic. FHC seems to choose the best of the best; young, otherwise healthy and personally strong young people. Courageous. Like you, Marc also went on TV to try to get research started and I worked as hard a Susie to find a cure. 12 years later we are still in this together. I do everything I can to promote research and get the word out on this rare cancer. What you've done is remarkable and I applaud you. Eventhough I have lost my son, he lives through people like you. There are wonderful videos on YouTube for Marc Brueland as a song Higher Than Hope was written for him by the million selling band Nightwish. You can hear his voice on the song and the video tributes to him are so beautiful. They will give you strength. I am here for you should you need to talk.
