I don't know who you were asking about scans. But yes mine are MRI. No I haven't ever taken a pet scan. My doctors said that FHC isn't a fastest enough growing cell to show up for a pet scan. I don't know weather or not thats right.
I have side effects on my nexavar as well. I too have diarrhea from it, as well as dry skin, my eyebrows have thinned out, sometimes joint pain but only for a day or two, and caliused, cracked, and dry feet. It all only bothers me every once in awhile, everything kind of rotate's. Nothing I can't handle if its working!
