Body aches and weakness

Hi everyone!
I just had my 6 month check up in Feb. Everything came back ok.
But the last 3 day I have been having body aches and weakness. I went to the doctor and I don't have the flu. The only symptoms I really have are body aches and weakness, but it seems to only be really bad from about 4am to 10am. Once I'm up and moving it seems to go away. I have no clue what it is from. I'm scared that it maybe cancer. I know now I think everything is cancer. These are the same symptoms I went in for when they found my cancer.
I was wondering what symptoms you actually get when you cancer does come back?
Doctors just tell me its a viral infection of some sort, but they can't tell me witch one. So I'm really nervo
