I am doing good! I had a CT scan on April 16th and it was clear! I will get another one in July or August and I have been off Nexavar for about 2 months. Dr. Finn stopped treatment at five months; my dosage had been cut in half (to 400 mg per day) and I could only take it for a week at a time, then off for a week, then back on. My blisters were really bad as well and I was also having anxiety which didn't help the chest pains.
Whenever I had a question about Nexavar side effects I would just call Cura-Script Pharmacy, they have nurses 24 hours a day to handle your questions about everything. I can get you the phone # but you should have it on the pill bottle. Your Doctor should call because they told me to go to the ER because of my pains and they might need to adjust Ben's dosage for a while. Of course, I am not a Doctor, so just call. I hope Ben is feeling OK despite the pains! ~Stacy
