My husband was diagnosed with FLC (FHC) 3 years ago this month at the age of 34. He underwent a liver ressection with a modified whipple. Last year, he had radiation on two tumors. We just found out that those same tumors are growing again. He has been on Nexavar for ~2 years with all the wonderful side effects. We have been told that they are not sure that radiation is an option because you can only have so much in your lifetime.
So, here's my question: Has anyone had any results with alternative medicine, i.e. herbs, chiropractic, nutrition, etc.? He is drinking Essiac tea ~3 times a day and we are reading a book about beating cancer with nutrition. As for medical support, we are at a loss. Any input would be wonderful.
