Aimee: If I understood correctly, the adequte doseage of Nexavar can be determined by the degree of the side effects--so it's different in different individuals. Ben was experiencing a full realm of side effects so the doctor said he knew the Nexavar was doing its job. Keep me posted on your husbands chest pain. Ben has had this pain since late March but it has gotten worse over the last 5 days. I'll let you know if they find anything-- Susie
